You grant Zellweger Baby Support Network permission to use the story and photos that you are submitting royalty-free at any area of this site and we may use it in any derivative work in any medium. We agree to publish your name, as provided by you, along with the posted story. Furthermore, we do not pay for the use of any personal Peroxisomal baby Stories.

We may edit the story you submitted for clarification and grammar. While all submissions will be considered for publication on this website as space allows, we also reserve the right not to post any submitted story at our discretion.
